This lovingly hand-built large ceramic vase has a feminine, organic feel to it and is full of character. It works great as a decorative item or can carry beautifully a bunch of flowers.
It was made of stoneware clay, hand-painted with blue floral pattern and dipped in matte white glaze upon which it was fired to cone 6 (1220C) in an electric kiln. The base was left unglazed and is impressed with my maker's mark.
