PLEASE READ: The vase has a slight crack on one of the handles which is hardly visible if not looking from close up (see photo 4).
A contemporary hand-built vase with a handles that works great as a decorative item or can carry beautifully a little bunch of flowers.
It was made of black stoneware clay and dipped in glossy mint glaze upon which it was fired to cone 8 (1250C) in an electric kiln. The base was left unglazed and is impressed with my maker's mark.
