Q: When can I expect to receive my order? 

A: Orders will generally ship within 1-3 working days from Slovenia with the Post of Slovenia. Domestic orders usually arrive within 1-2 working days of shipping; international orders generally take 4-10 working days for Europe and 10-21 for the rest of the world.

Internatinal orders: If you need your order delivered guaranteed by a certain date, please opt for a Shipping Upgrade to DHL Express.

 

Q: Packaging and gift wrapping

A: Everything will be gift wrapped beautifully and safely in black gift boxes with a silver Isla Clay logo on them.

If you want your ceramics delivered to the receiver of a gift - I can write your words in a card for them at no extra cost.

 

Q: Exchanges and returns

A: I hope you will love your ceramic jewellery, but if you are unhappy when you receive your item please contact me within 7 days of arrival - a refund or exchange of goods can be given upon the safe return of the item, in its original package. Please note that return shipping fees cannot be refunded unless there is damage.

If an item is broken on arrival (which is unlikely to happen as all items are packed with lots of care), please contact me with a photo of the damage to arrange a resend or refund.

Q: Can I place a custom order?

A: You are welcome to contact me with your request. I cannot always accomodate custom orders but sometimes I can!

A: We love working with galleries and gift shops! If you are interested in more information about opening a wholesale account, please email us with a few details about your shop and a link to your website, if you have one, at martina@islaclay.com.
